In my old age, I need it real easy and simple ... so I've retreated to the safety of the mini and five minute holds ... and let my core holding fend for itself ..... ggggggg as you know, I used to be in the vending business and have had some "strong" ties in that field ... lemme know who this joker is and I'll have him paid a "visit" ........ hahahaha am currently flat in the mini but find this 1372 right now to be an interesting area ..... 1378 is the point to go long --- imo later ....
