So God made a choice- at least according to your scripture, not to allow some people into the kingdom of God. If God did NOT make this choice than he is not all powerful and something more powerful than God made the rule about that. So either he IS sending people to hell or he is not. Because the PRIME cause reason, the first reason, they are going to Hell are God's rules. But for God's creation there wouldn't be any Hell. And but for his rules about who is in and who is out no one would be going there.

Some Christians think the choice of who gets in and who doesn't is predetermined (predestination) and some think it is not (free will). Either way it's an exclusive boys and girls club isn't it? Discrimination on the highest order.
