Thanks for your opinion but it differs from mine.

The supreme court ruled in Bushes favor the first time because they said the Fla SC had written laws from the bench, they ruled in Bushes favor the second time because they said the Fla SC didn't write laws from the bench. This is why Gore had to give up, it became apparent there was no way the 5 conservative members of the supreme court were going to allow him to have a chance to be president.
