I'll have to think about it a bit. My first thought was that the ISONW warrants should now be more responsive, with the lower exercise price on the "B's". If I'm reading it right, the exchange seems to be a pretty good deal. Exercising at 1.50, plus the current price 15/16, adds up to 2.43, near the stock value. You then get the "C" warrants for free, I think (g).
