In California they deserve what they will get. Far too many of them believe in the garbage Ray is spewing out here. They will continue to fix prices and restrict competition until they lose Silicon Valley and can't heat or cool their houses. Then they can revel in their sweaty undeveloped state and feel as "green" as they want.

But, of course, the prevailing idiocy in California will ultimately be thrown out as a result. More clouds on the horizon for the liberal airheads...
