Fuchi , I suspect that your exposure to computers is only fairly recent ,otherwise how could you be so wrong regarding p5 + p6 .They have 32 + 36 bit addressing but their datapaths are both 64 bits wide.There is no reason to have a wider than 32 bit address until ram gets into the gigabyte range at that time they will need extra bits to address higher positions.
