Hello everyone,
I've been reading these threads for awhile and I thought I would add my two cents.
Being local (Phila. area) I've heard of Safeguard for many years but didn't invest until April. I'm also a little familiar with Integrated Systems Consulting Group (ISCG). ISCG is very highly regarded in the Philly area and I expect good things to happen. They are one of the larger Oracle consulting shops in the area.
I just started tracking the public companies SFE has a stake in to better understand SFE. Am I missing something? It appears 73% of SFE stock price can be attributed to the public companies they own. And 8.6% comes from metal finishing and Commercial R.E.* So the rest of the company (the other 20 private companies SFE owns) comprise 18.4% of the stock price ($14.17).
Anybody have some feedback on my info?
SFE looks good to go...
