Bill, For years our family have vacationed in Canada and have learned to love the entire experience. If there is one thing of interest to me it is the apparent belief that the Canadian education system is superior. After some thought, because I believe our public schools are a mess, I simply ask where the evidence of the educational superiority is. Doctors come to the US and our economy eliminates unemployment etc., etc. Socialism is a disease that is brought either by the ignorance of the electorate or a flaw in the system. Perhaps the Parliamentary system is the flaw. Here there is a quote I've seen that states that when the electorate learns they can vote themselves the treasury, the democracy is doomed. Hopefully we have not reached that point. Bob
