GOP will do everything in its power to stymie better voting systems for the less affluent areas of the country.

I think the Democrats will be the ones who will hold it back. The poorer the system, the easier it is to commit fraud, which by many accounts is the norm in poor, urban areas. You don't really believe those turnout numbers do you?

A system of computerization and verification would make voter fraud much more difficult.
