It is unbelievable to me that people will pay 30X projected earnings for a company like MDT whose primary business is growing in the single digits - well I guess those are the same people who are willing to pay 44x for coke. I do not know when this will all end but we are closer to the top than the bottom. INTC announces a soft market and companies like dell open at 99 but speculation takes over and it closes at 112. That is what I consider frothy.
