Msft sees slowdown in IT spending.

So who is the fibber McGee? CPQ or MSFT? Capellas said about a week ago that he did not see any slow down in IT spending! He went on to say that IT spending would be the last area to be cut. Now microsoft is telling us that IT spending is being cut. Frankly, i think these jack-asses make it up as they go. They are so inconsistent, I begin to wonder if they are in different universes.
