Sorry to be a dodo, but do you mean the close on SEBL absolutely negated the H&S pattern, or there is still a chance that the Inverse H&S still in effect?

I would think within the next day/two..the market would understand that the odds are increasing for a rate cut on Wednesday, and the Naz will rally (even if not true)...surely, Greenspan & co. are at least considering now...Greenspan's "calming effect" of 2 weeks ago almost gone...if he intended to calm the markets 2 weeks ago, and then has failed, wouldn't that increase the odds of a rate cut?
