Nuvo Signs Licensing Agreement with
IBM France
OTTAWA, ON, Dec. 14 /CNW/ - Nuvo Network Management Inc., (CDNX:NNM - news), today announced the signing of a licensing agreement with IBM France.
Under the terms of the $2.2 million contract, Nuvo has licensed proprietary software and network processes to IBM's La Gaude, France facility. Nuvo's industry leading intellectual property has been developed, tested and refined over five years of customer service. This agreement further extends Nuvo's relationship with IBM. IBM already remarkets Nuvo's network management services in North America under the Remote Network Xpert brand.
