Profile of Zia Laser Inc. lightreading.com Startup; founded May 2000. Your recall was good about the product focus. At the time of this article (9/14), they had demonstrated a tunable laser in the 1.0-1.2 micron range and were "working on" doing it in a range extending either side of 1.5 microns.
