Floydie: "High Hopes", your favorite song, right? Well don't get your BASHER TEAM "High Hopes" up based on this ruling by a trial court judge. Here comes your next lesson in law: Trial court judges do not make law. Appellate courts make law. Your BASHER TEAM will find that a very expensive lesson.

There is nothing "significant" vis a vis making law about the ruling of the trial court judge in this case.
