TI - Guys... this is the Spinco strategy. Remember Spinco is being cut off to allow cross licensing agreements without the interference or bypassing of the standard QCOM royalties. This cross license agreement was with Spinco, NOT Qualcomm. Many reports got this wrong (the QCOM press release is accurate however). Good Luck to all!
