Let's just call it "proprietary".. lol
I do DD for a living, sort of speak, and can
find out just about anything about anyone.. lol
Not to sound arrogant, but being in the business
almost 15 years I certainly should be good
at what I do.. Ever need anything let me know..
I will tell you this.. Chances are none of the consultants,
or at least very few, actually reside at the address in
the SEC filings.. I have posted one specific example before,
I even spoke with the actual tenant, as did dkgross (my pal-hehe), and confirmed he did not even know the consultant.
Ironically though, he OWNED ECNC SHARES!!!! We still have not found out what the connection was, after dkgross called
him he got a little more tight lipped.
There ARE many free sites on the internet where you can
probably find out a lot on your own..
A GREAT search tool I use from time to time to track down
specific sites or individuals - www.copernic.com..
Download their free "amateur version" and you'll be playing
with it for hours, I bet..
The rest of you lurkers are welcome to try it out as well,
let me know what you think.. Copernic utilizes many
different search engines and IMHO is unique from the rest.
Let's just say some FBI folks use it.. Pretty good stuff..
