So, your man has three choices and a little over 24 hours to choose?

1. S&P 500 Index Fund
2. T-Bills
3. A Bond Fund (details?)

You asked him to relax and think it over when he panicked, wanting to go to T-bills. Is this because you think that's a bad choice or are you just concerned that he reflect, because he has a tendency to be impulsive? I'm with the old man myself.

By the way, I think that's a shitty list of choices. They should add gold as choice number four. -vbg
