is it true that deep-in-the money options don't have time premiums? I noticed my June35 calls were trading at exactly the difference bewteen the stock price and the strike price all day today. Matt, deep in the money options never have time premium. The only differece between the option and the price of the underlying security, is the bid and ask. An option bid and ask spread is usally greater than the security. Glenn
