Dan, It's just another case of California being California - being baffled that plant operators don't want to buy $1,000 worth of gas to generate $250 worth of electricity. LOL. Did California pass an initiative capping the price of electricity? I seem to recall that at one time there was a referendum that mandate the price of car insurance, or something like that. Joe
