I believe she had the "Russia desk" at NSA Actually, She was the Director of Soviet/East Europe Affairs at the NSC... NSA is either the position of National Security Advisor, or National Security Agency.. Condi Rice will become NSA, which is no relation to THE NSA, which competes with the CIA, but falls under DOD and assists the DIA, all of which, except the position of NSA, falls under the DCI.... Got it?
