You weren't informed there are MANY multi-fuel plants in the western US that were set up to burn our clean(low sulpher) western coal OR oil OR natural gas but are burning natural gas or oil when gas is short because of restrictions on coal burning? There's even technology available to gasify coal or super pulverize coal & inject it with air! Coal is GOOD! Just ask the folks in Gillette WY.
