Some of those aren't on the list because I try to only track the "true" spin-offs where the shares are being distributed to shareholders. So, I don't track the IPOs of divisions, though I will track IPOs leading to spin-offs if the company is planning to do this.

I'll add the ones that you mentioned that fit this criteria to my list. Thanks.
