Down and out biotech:
Mike try MAXM. Their melanoma drug Maxamine got rejected by the FDA but they are trading at cash value.

The same drug is in late stage clinical trials for HCV which would be the real blockbuster. MAXM also bought Cytova for 75M$ in stock recently with a pretty interesting early stage pipeline. The market has lost all confidence in MAXM management but they certainly are able to make a comeback based on their assets and their cash position.
A real down and out play,IMHO. Bought some at a little more than 9$ today.
