Zeev - you and Stitch make a convincing argument on the SE-A subject. Time to get my head out of the sand and pay attention.

If the doo-doo does hit the fan again in SE-A, how do you see it affecting RDRT?

I've spent a fair amount of time in the Philippines (going wreck diving there in January), as well as most of the other SE-A countries. I can tell you that to me, the Philippines seems to beat to its own drummer. I don't see the Philippines prospects as much of a factor either way. That can not be said for Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia etc however, IMO.
