Cramer is long JDSU and loves JDSU. Give him some credit for thinking this may not get pass the regulators. He's not alone.

When both companies have consistently said the merger will close as planned --- and they each announce their respective shareholder meetings to vote on the matter --- it's not surprising investors scratch their heads and wonder why Cramer is so negative.

Bottom line: he's a journalist as well as a manager and he launches into fiction --- like any good writer --- whenever it suits his needs. No harm done as long as his readers recognize what he's doing.
