Everyone on this thread is probably smarter and richer than average, and probably smarter than a LOT of corporate managers (apoplogies those those who are corporate managers). Some of us are much better looking also. This can cause problems when we get WAY ahead of the herd. Has this happen to you ? You buy something, nothing happens for 3 months, you get out, two months later it moves BIG. Need to wait until the herd catches up. Bussiness Week is a great slightly lagging indicator - they just had a cover called "Is Tech Dead ?" Should have run in September. When they run "Oil Patch Boom" it's time to exit ...
