If there is reason to believe people behaved criminally, they should be investigated and/or arrested, of course I agree with you on that.

Do you agree with me that judges should not sit on cases if a conflict of interest exists?

Or do you think recusal in conflict of interest cases is a foolish practice and should be discontinued in favor of the judge just promising to be good?

Can you provide some guidelines that might suggest that Scalia, to start, did not have what would standardly be considered a conflict of interest?

Or is your only point that you are sure he wasn't influenced by his sons professional and monetary connection to the Bush team? I'm sure of that, too. That isn't my question, though.
