dva...rcgi dva forming somewhat pennant, maitaining price on declining volume, buyers holding on, a surge in volume might be a positive...it it closes above 16, appears to have clear sailing until 20....downside could be a return to 10 solid support rcgi...same thing, however, 25 is resistance, if cleared next wall would be triple top at 28...downside appears 20 solid support.
