Well said. Both Compaq and Dell are gaining market share in Europe, especially Dell. At least Intel is saving on shipping cost <g> John, I think it is wrong to think that European market for INTC is to be judged by Dell and Compaq!!! Dell in Europe doesn't really exist. Its market os very insignificant. Compaq is a big seller but you have hundereds of European manufactueres that have the market.These local manufactuerers don't care if the chips are Intel, AMD, or Japanese. The end users down here don't look at the Intel Inside Logo!! That is to say there is no brand loylty niether among the manufactuerers nor clients!
