The word from Austin is that Bush is insistent on naming Robert Young as surgeon general. Baker has gently pointed out that not only was Young not a real doctor, but he's dead. Bush is adamant however. "Jimmy," Bush reportedly said to Baker just last Thursday, "I see him on tv every day. He's a healer. We need him." M2
