Interestingly, when Justice Thomas was enboiled in the accusation during his confirmation hearing, if memory serves, he also invoked his faith [praying with his wife etc to pass the day]
SbH didn't like the stoic Weltanschauung <VBG>, but not a whole lot of difference from divine right, if you ask me <VBG>
