Just to put some perspective on General Shelton's gratuitous sabre rattling, the first day of Bush's new status, China started receiving nuclear weapons technology in the 1950s from the Soviet Union, got its first medium range bombers in the late 50s, successfully tested its first nuclear weapon and missile in the 1960s, produced its first nuclear powered attack sub in the late 1960s and its first missile sub in the late 1970s, and its first ICBMs capable of hitting the US in the late 1970s and early 1980s. It has been launching satellites for at least 20 years, has numerous IRBMs, and has advanced technology capabilities.

So in all due respect, Clinton didn't create this so-called "monster". You've been listening to Rush!
