I tell you what is new. People have been in denial, they are not faced with reality. The reality is that it's going to take 6 months or so to sort it all out. Watch how ORCL moves today. ORCL's move today will be more important then MSFT's move, same with EMC. Until likes of EMC, NTAP is done selling off you are not going to see all the other players be able to sustain moves or keep from selling off more. Why. Storage in my mind will be or has been the last area in the IT budget to be cut, because of the present and projected huge need for storage. If storage companies are going to feel the slow down in the economy, they the rest have already. It's all about allocation of corporate IT budgets. as all always, the FED has to power to change the tone. Greg
