I may be misreading this, but it seems to indicate to me that they are putting about 16 million shares on the open market.. this can't be good.. with the low volume, that kind of dilution of the float will send this one to the pink sheets almost certainly.. here's the logic... 4.433 million shares registered for resale... 5.459 million shares may be issued pursuant to stock purchase. $7.879 million of common stock may also be offered from time to time persuant to this prospectus.. 7.8 million shares approx based on current value. so best case scenario is nine million shares, worse case is 16 million.. this looks real bad for ONT.. I had such high hopes for this company too... looks like reverse split is immenent or delisting will be happening soon.. rok
