There is simply no way to keep a $1 billion buy-back out of the source and use statement and conform to generally accepted accounting principles. Believe me, it will appear in the source and use. The facts of the cpq buy-back do not reflect anything which would allow it to be pigeon-holed into some other category. Furthermore, even if it were (which would violate gaap and is extremely improbable - I certainly have never seen it) it will be in the source and use - maybe under some other description.

Anyway, it is pointless to discuss it further while this pos sinks slowly into the west. The bigger debate is how soon we break 15. I give it a week. Hopefully I'm dead wrong!
