It is difficult to understand the selling that is still going on here. The volume and the selling regardless of the current price gives the impression that a conversion is occurring. But, according to the 10K and 10Qs released by the company, these convertibles cannot be exercised below $1.30/share. I am getting the impression that this may have been modified somehow.......it is the only explanation that I can think of that explains the selling at these ridiculous prices. (It kinda looks like they may have been modified to floorless convertibles....just a guess. However, there is no SEC filing to indicate this.)

I remember you called them recently. Did they indicate an explanation for this activity?
