So far I'm not impressed. Case said "shareholders will be comforted in the days following the merger". Technically the merger has not occurred and I suppose it is good that the price is down at the point of merger, but, I do hope this sucker moves afterward. Otherwise I've got a year of dead money to make up and a slow train won't make it.
