Todd Harrison over on RealMoney is talking about net redemptions in the mutual funds - $10B last week. this is basically the last straw in his countdown for a bottom. therefore, some of the many projections for a bottom ranging from 1919 to 2190 (IBD this morning) to 2300 would seem to be realistic possibilities if things like net redemptions and the change in the Ameritrade Index are in fact reflecting a change in individual sentiment obviously having some sort of credible target for the bottom is necessary if you are trying to develop a scale down - it now appears I will have just enough cash to stay in the game (if I include accrued cash profits) Bob
