Richardson ordered the power generators to sell power to Calif on credit. (Wonder what his authorization for that was? But anyhow...)

Now who do you think will pay for that power if the power companies go bankrupt and can't?

Has the federal government just ordered our Northwest power companies to give power to California? Is this a taking of private property? Will the taxayers eventually be footing the bill?

On thing is sure. A stte with 54 electoral votes will never be forced to actually pay for its power.
