Thanks For the updated share information John. I'm surprised by the increase since the end of last year. For all of 1995 the total shares increased only 700,000 (employee stock purchases etc.). I'm certain the 1,500,000 million special warrants have not been recently purchased since they have an excercise price of $5.18 until Sept 20, 1997. TD Bank, Dynamic Precious Metals Fund and even the CEO himself were the lucky purchasers. Of all the 905,000 employee stock options over 50% have an excercise price of over $2.85.

Good to have you on board John and here's to seeing some great results from the next drill programs.
