Suzanne, If you want to go to court, bring it on. It will be interesting to see what kind of an attorney you get, one who will want to get involved with an interstate case, one who has no clue as to legal remedy, or if there is legal remedy what it would be. You sure are fixated in defending someone you hardly know. Seems curious. You should probably be cautious as to your exposure, because sometimes the truth is not what it appears. Good day Suzanne.
