check out the movie Boiler Room...... i must have had 100 guys like that call me... in one case i tracked them back all the way to bear stearns who was doing their clearing in one particular instance.... by the time i was done i had a bear stearns lawyer on the phone....and guess what...... on his end it was a speaker phone.....hmmmmm wonder why........... not. in another case the guys cold card had an old address dating it as at least three years old.... after letting him give me his spiel for half an hour (i always encourage a very long conversation) i let him know.... that and some other things about his particular Great Idea. I hope he got the message and quit.
