I just spoke with UPS regarding differentiation of PC makers. They stated that although Gateway shipments appear to be way down from last year, Dell shipments appear to be "way up" (their words). The US, as a whole, has tended to be spotty with increased shipments in some sectors of the country and decreased shipments in other geographical regions.

What was interesting, though, was her characterization that they were seeing more Dell come through than in the past.

Does this mean that such increase in shipments are enough for Dell to meet it's revenue target?
