think about the mind , if you can call it that, of the average mufu manager...they're trained to ramp stocks into FOMC meetings, especially when they promise some sort of relief. it's a coincidence that it lines up nicely with the cycles...a very useful coincidence, as it gives us an indirect confirmation of the cycle stuff. i don't expect a lot from this ramp though...i think it will amount to a pre-BK hitch perhaps. of course there's also a chance that we will see a panic right away..that outside chance always exists.
