TIGI is evolving. The old company is gone or absorbed. Maybe it could be called a holding company? They have been reverse mergered by GeneralSearch. They have acquired Affinity. Gordon and about all of the previous staff has been eliminated and/or replaced. Prior deals done by the previous administration have been placed on the negotiation table to be redone profitably or eliminated. Nothing that cannot be done without the projected end result producing an anticipated profit margin is being signed on. The Card products, for the most part, are to be used for promotional deals that will bring customer information to Affinity for further contact for upsale - note Coke. Noone is being hired that is to bring business to the company without some proof they can meet the goals - failure produces potential elimination of their position.

Though GS may be a ways from profitability on it's own, deals are being signed as a result of it's presence - note Pennzoil. The resultant earnings indirectly would theoretically apply to GS making it profit center.

Affinity is the execution arm of the company which was a vacant division before. Database mining is the additional approach added to the company through Affinity that will produce one of the, if not the, main profit sources.

The new company officials are working for shareholder value and will not make false implications, if anything they will understate, imo.

If revenues are producing the growth and profits indicated, funding may not be needed unless something changes and debt obligations could be eliminated in short order. I still think a little pop in the bank to aid the ramp-up would be beneficial but they will not take funds down here due to the dilutive effect and don't feel the immediate necessity for funding -- all the better if they are right.

Now we wait and see if the results of the above efforts award the shareholder in the fashion those of us that waited have wanted all along. It will take some time for the cause to create the effect. BTW, anyone can, and some have, confirm the above if they get off their mind and simply call and ask. It may take several trys because the company is extremely busy doing their things.
