I am assuming that the continued fall is due to the suggestion of deliberate manipulation of the data. Really? Is that being suggested? Wouldn't the clinical investigators leap in and claim foul? That seems pretty silly. Every company tries to present their data in best light. The question..... did they deliberately misrepresent communications with FDA regarding liver mets and endpoints? The fact that patients weren't randomized for liver mets would seem telling?
