TT: I am all for a 1/4 or even a 1/2 point decrease provided:
1. We donot do any tax cuts.
2. We spend any surplus to first pay off debt,
and 3. Seperate trust accounts from general spending accounts.
A better way of eliminating some of the middle layers in the financial markets can help also.
