QwikSand ... my opinion only ... (1) we are in a true 'bear' market, where it is not over until consumer confidence truly 'rolls over' AND investors start seriously contemplating whether it is too late to sell or not (as opposed to continually asking if we have reached a bottom yet) ... (2) SUNW continues to be one of the really great companies, and when the 'bear' market is over (in the view of the stock markets), SUNW will recover much faster than most technology stocks ... (3) there will be no significant rally until February, at the earliest, no matter what the FED does ... (4) this is not the time to be buying ... it is not over yet ...

ADVICE: (1) it is important to read / listen to alternative views such as those expressed by Bill Fleckenstein 'The Contrarian' on the home page of Silicon Investor (although he is somewhat extreme) - this is especially true if you watch/listen to the 95% sell-side view at CNBC, (2) filter the views of people such as Abby Joseph Cohen, Joe Battapaglia (especially) and Larry Kudlow (the true SELL-SIDE LIARS in this bear market) - amazingly, people like Ralph Acompora have been much more direct and honest, (3) Bob (?SP) Fisany, Pisany or other spelling, on CNBC, has become a refreshingly honest voice of late.

Disclaimer: The above is my personal opinion. I recommend that you do not base your investment decisions solely on any one person's views or analysis (including mine). Do your own research and take personal responsibility for your investment decisions.

... my report and analysis of the Commitment of Traders will be posted later today.
