Volt (or anyone)
I have a question.
Some of my stocks, like txn, plcm, accd and mvk...the first three I bought recently thinking long term, the last bought recently thinking short term...are still in a profit place, for me. I was going to take what little profits I have.
But they are not selling down much: does that mean I should wait until Monday and see if we rally so I can get a better profit out of them?
I am thinking to buy txn back in the 30's later on in '01 and plcm (and accd which goes with it) likewise back in the 30's which translates to 10 or so for accd.
Freeus.
My basic question is: if a stock is not tanking badly today, does that prove it is strong, or just that it will tank later next week?
Just in case I went ahead and sold the mvk at 16 7/16. Bought a couple of weeks ago at 13 1/4.
A profit. Too bad my whole portfolio wasn't in it (VVVBG)
